2) WHERE DO THE SELLERS LOG-IN?
This saves you time and effort by improving the overall experience of our program, and accuracy for both parents and volunteers.
Sellers are responsible for entering order summary online
Sellers may use a computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone to enter orders
3) REVIEW DOCUMENTS SENT
Review documents sent by Niagara Chocolates, and send home a Parent/Seller letter with extra information
Make sure sellers have their Organization ID code
Pass out catalogs and letters to sellers
Log on to catalog.ncfr.me with your username and password to view orders at any point of time during the sale
When complete- finalize orders and make sure all orders are placed correctly under "Student List" on the Order Entry Site listed above. Next step is to collect money and submit to Niagara Chocolates.
Make sure to schedule a delivery date for your order shipment and communicate this to your sellers
Sellers who have not paid yet should bring payment at time of pick-up
On day of delivery, sellers should arrive to pick up their orders, and report any missing items to you, the chairperson
