FAQ

Seller Info

Thank you for fundraising with Niagara Chocolates!

 

1) WHAT IS MY LOG-IN?

        If you do not already have a log-in, no problem!  Please use the  'REGISTER'  tab and you can easily create your account and assign a password.

2) I DO NOT KNOW MY SCHOOL/GROUP ID, WHAT DO I DO?

        Please contact your fundraising chairperson/coordinator and they can provide your organization's unique ID.

3) I HAVE MORE THAN ONE CHILD, DO I NEED MORE THAN ONE ACCOUNT?

        If you are a parent of multiple sellers you only need to create one parent log-in.  Once you have logged in, you can create multiple students/sellers and submit separate orders for each.

4) WHEN DO I ENTER MY ORDERS?

Please enter orders after you are 100% done selling. Order due dates are decided by your organizaton. Please contact your fundraising chairperson/coordinator for your particular due date. 

5) WHAT IF I RUN OUT OF SPACES ON MY ORDER FORM?

6) CAN I ENTER MORE THAN ONE ORDER?

        Only one order per seller can be entered. Once your order is submitted and final, you cannot add additional items or place a second order.

7) WHY ARE THE PRICES I SEE DIFFERENT THAN THE CATALOG?

        If your organization is taxable the tax amounts have been automatically been added to each item price for your convenience.

8) HOW DO I SUBMIT PAYMENT?

The Niagara Fundraising site is designed to collect your order information only.  You do not process any payment on this website. Your payment is to be submitted to your fundraising chairperson/coordinator in the form of cash or check per their instructions.

9) DO I NEED TO TURN MY ORDER WORKSHEET IN TO MY SCHOOL/ORGANIZATION WHEN I AM FINISHED?

        No, most organizations will not ask the seller to turn in their forms. If your organization requests that you turn in your order form, please keep a copy of the catalog order form for your records.  You will need to use your Order Worksheet when your chocolate arrives so you know what each of your customers purchased to distribute correctly.

10) CAN MY OUT-OF-TOWN FAMILY PURCHASE DIRECTLY FROM THE SITE?

        Not at this time, but you can send your family the link to the e-catalog, have them click "View Holiday Catalog" and have them select what they want and write in their order(s) in your Order Worksheet and submit with the rest of your orders.
